Pallet jack is your friend. You do not need to take the unit all the way out. In fact don’t, just pull it out far enough to access the exhaust pipe.
You will need to remove the pin from the ram that moves it in and out.
After replacing the rope, you will need to guide the pipe back into its receiving opening.
Give your self two hours.
