This reminds me of an issue I had the other day, the power flashed off at our place where we have the coach plugged in. We went in the coach to check on some things and noticed a puddle on the floor in front of the refrigerator, opened it up and noticed the it was not cold. All the ice in the ice maker melted and that was most of the water on the floor. So I went down and checked the breakers on the little panel next to the inverter in the bay and things still did not seem right. I tried the microwave and it was not working correctly, seemed to be low voltage. I went back to the house panel in the bedroom closet and I cycled the breaker for the inverter/charger and that seemed to do the trick. So not sure if the transfer switch in the inverter got partially stuck or something. I did not end up doing any testing as that fixed the problem, so I do not know exactly what was going on.
