Thanks Forest. It appears Ryobi has the low voltage protection in the battery. The small Ryobi charger I have has the 120VAC-18VDC 60W circuitry in the wall plug, I haven't taken the base apart yet. The other options you posted are interesting. I would think a smaller Starlink will be available this year with different requirements.
On edit: I did take the Ryobi charger apart, drilled holes in the PC board and soldered a pigtail for Starlink Mini.
