I think only one six pack for your coach in the rear. Not having eyes on what you have, I cannot comment on whether the adapters will work, those 1 inch hoses are stiffer than laundry in January. So flexing them to gain space for an adapter will not be easy.

So option 
A: would be to muscle the hoses and use the adapters and cross my fingers 

B: would be to cut the hoses, abandon the ping tank altogether, find the lines from the 6 pack to the now abandoned ping tank, and take the hoses that go from the 6 pack to the right and left side of the ping tank and run them t’d to all 3 bags on each side of the rear, tag and both drive bags
