I assume it is a Fantastic Vent but since Newell's are custom there's no guarantee.  Fantastic Vent fans can be open when travelling, FWIW.  

First, I would remove the wall switch assembly & disconnect & reconnect the plug. The switch cover is magnetic & you can just pull it off.  If that doesn't cure it you could either shut off all power & then turn it back on OR preferably find the fuse for it.  Removing the fuse for a second or so may reset the Silverleaf module.

I would expect to find the fuse either in the compressor bay fuse panel or in the mid electronics bay on the driver side.
