Ours didn't either, but I forget the gauge readings.  I'd bet you have a check valve on that compressor output.  What # is your coach.  You know they say all Newells are different!  Please advise.  deg

#454 it had this little air filter thing on it that was leaking that I recently replaced. When I removed the fitting are didn’t come out that’s why I’m thinking there was already a check valve in it further down
