Hi Richard. I procured the needed fittings. Removed the "6 pack manifold" to put on the bench for testing. I traced and labeled the pneumatic lines from the manifold to their respective termination points.
#4 solenoid is not labeled in the pic, it is no flow with no voltage applied
I cannot come up with a design drawing for the manifold, so i as of yet don't understand the air flow.
Both of the travel solenoids are fed from their respective HCV'S. The middle top solenoid is fed from the horizontal tank forward of the axle. The middle bottom solenoid from a "T" that is connected to the bottom port coming from each HCV.
I don't know if there is a check in the manifold between the middle and bottom fill solenoids.
If my diagram is an appropriate representation please review and comment.
My initial thought is that the piping is incorrect.
to fill the bags in manual I would think that I would need non HCV air to perform this?
Thank You Brion
