My parents bought it in the winter of 1993 and were the second owners. It was built by the Krofts who had new coaches built every couple years. We have been caring for it since my dad's death a couple years ago. Here are the specs: Detroit 8v-92 diesel engine, 165, 139 original miles, 45' long, no slides, twin beds, jack knife couch and dinette make into beds, pass through cente bath, all leather was redone at Newell, large shower, TONS of storage, full size fridge, front roof air added at factory, Fisher Pykel dish drawer added at the factory, mid entry, asking $39,000 OBO, located in central Missouri.
Of course, this couch is vintage and with that there are some inherent issues. We are happy to talk interested parties through the things that we think need attention. Some are pressing and some are not. But overall the coach functions as it should and can be driven home and used right away while improvements are made. We have been using it and enjoying it, ourselves, and we are super sad to let it go, but we must.

Hi Guys, I suggest you list this on Bring a Trailer. Plenty of well healed buyers with deep pockets on there.

Thank you so much for the suggestion. We are actually now considering keeping it and doing some deep remodeling and fixing. We have decided while speaking with interested buyers, that we don't really want to reduce it any more and we might be better off keeping it and starting on a "Simon-esque" kind of redo. I kept sharing Todd and I's list of things we had wanted to do to it with interested buyers and the "must dos" vs. "it would be nice - dos". We are thinking we would rather get her up to speed for spending some time in the south this winter rather than purchasing a new "glue and staples" RV, as I like to call them. Sort of the "devil you know" theory. We are going to start in on it in the next couple weeks starting with new batteries and cleaning those compartments etc. This fall we will tear out the area from the bathroom door back and redo it. We are not fans of the twin beds, so we have to reconfigure the back as well as adding some mini splits in the front and rear.
