I can easily turn that around and make it showroom. I am guestimating $185k with paint. The unknowns are chassis, tanks, bags, engine and transmission. Power train will definitely need attention and leaks addressed

So can I.  8v92 In frame rebuild kit $2200, $2000 injectors, new Turbo, $1800. A week of labour.  I'm thinking about for SLITS & GIGGLES goinfg there and plugging in my Detroit Pro Link. But I feel it would be a waste of time going there..N
