I used ours as a frisbee off the roof, sounds destructive but there was not one component on the inside I thought I could reuse. We have our starlink mini attached to the top of the solar panels and works just fine out in the open. I did however use the wire chase from the old satellite to run power and ethernet cable to the starlink.
