Just spent four days powered by dual 30A with an additional 15A receptacle for the Xantrex aux battery charger and the batteries merged by switching the "Emerg Start" switch on. Temperatures reached 88° F every day and using two A/C units, one on each leg, the coach stayed cool enough for the A/C units to cycle off periodically. We were facing East in full sun until late afternoon when a tree offered shade behind us. We used diesel AquaHot when needed.
If the extra 15A receptacle was not available I would plug the aux battery charger into the coach with the 50A "Buddy" receptacle using this 50A to dual 20A Adapter. The aux charger uses a small amount of power compared to the Outback charger. When the battery's are merged and charged the House and Chassis will read about the same voltage, usually within a tenth of a volt.
