OMGosh....
Oh this is a lesson learned..lol
So while there's not a switch on the microwave area, you got me to search in areas where switches are....and dog gone it there is one....located on the side kick panel near my knee in drivers area.  ?   
I guess it's one of those things that's just, always been on and I must have bumped it while we were driving this last trip.

This is why I told my little nieces and nephews not to play with any switches in our coach. Afterwards one was playing with the passenger seat switches and I had to remind her about the rules on switches.
At the time I was still green about how all of this stuff works. We've owned #586 for 5 years now and I'm comfortable enough about knowing the systems on it. Without this forum I would not feel this way.
