hobbs air switch on parking brake leak

I ran into the HWH slide interlock this morning. Because slide out I wanted it in I just shorted The two leads together and slide came in fine.
When I look for that Hobbs part number it says 4 psi which doesn’t make sense.

From the Hobbs catalog, 4 psi is what that part number is. Could be they want it to close with just a little pressure.
