[Superannuated Peregrinator]

How does one turn on the tile heat? I have gone to the Temp screen on the Silver Leaf and raised the setting all the way up to 10, but it does not seem to do anything. I attached pictures of my SilverLeaf screens. I have other heating systems running. Can the tile heat operate when other things are on? I've looked through all my manuals and could not find anything with any reference about the tile heat.
