I changed the thread title to add to the diagnostics after discovering that the Heat and the A/C controllers are somehow tied together. My flawed logic of using Trillium Electronics tech support prior to calling Newell was based on the idea that they designed and manufactured it & should be the best source. That did not work out.
After the A/C problem was cured by moving the TM-200's A/C Controller, I had Trillium Electronics program and ship a new #1 TM-200 A/C controller which I installed, all 4 A/C units worked great.
On our next journey I discovered that I had no heat in zones that Silverleaf controlled, bedroom & kitchen. Discussed with Silverleaf (Trillium Electronics) & sent the TM-220 Heat Controller to Trillium for testing. They determined the TM-220 CPU failed and sold me a new TM-220. Installed it, no change, returned it for reprogramming, reinstalled it, no change, no heat. I foolishly did not ask for the original TM-220 with the "bad" CPU to be returned to me.
Called Newell, their electricians determined it to be a TM-200 A/C controller problem, NOT a TM-220 Heat Controller problem. I removed the new #1 TM-200 A/C Controller & reinstalled the original #1 TM-200 A/C Controller & everything worked, heat and A/C.
I then sent all 3 TM-200 A/C Controllers to Newell to have the new #1 TM-200 programmed the same as the original #1 TM-200 and have them all tested in a coach of my vintage. I installed them and with the new #1 TM-200 installed the kitchen heat works but the bedroom does not. All 4 A/C units work. I reinstalled the original #1 TM-200 & everything works, heat & A/C, but not correctly. Now when I wake up, the Living Room heat is set to 74°, the room temperature was 67° but the blower will not blow until I move the temperature setting one degree, up or down, doesn't matter which way. One morning the bedroom temperature setting had reverted to 38°.
I discovered that the A/C roof units Evaporator Water Pumps have a stainless steel shaft which makes them easily cleaned and lubed. They are good quality.
To be continued.....
