i just finished getting my lf210 fixed. my symptom was that when you flushed it, it would not close the flap and water kept running.
i took it all apart. the sequence valve and the little tiny hold in the brass vent was the issue.
i cleaned the sequence valve, and put it back together with fresh grease. still did it. so i ordered the o ring seal kit from mullaney. i didnt need the complete kit as the plastic rod was still fine.
the white plastic bracket is hard to get back on. the black air line is short and makes it so you have no flex in it. so i put a longer one on it with a loop so you could have room to mount the white bracket. worked great. all is good now. i might add, i put a 1/4" shut off valve on the airline coming into the toilet at the handle. inside the tank. that way can shut it off if there is an air leak and easier to work on.
