My sequencing came apart on the top thread, causing the water too keep running, the threads on both parts looked ok but the valve would not tighten  the top of the valve was 0.020 inches bigger than the bottom made a clamp out of some 18 gauge stainless and was able to compress the abs so the threads would not slip
