Generator fuel shutoff solenoid

Thanks much! You guys are a fantastik wealth of info to a newbie like me!

I found the white wire connector with some corrosion on it. I removed all the old non waterproof connectors, crimped on all new heat shrink water tight connectors and then used heat shrink tubing over all wire and connector junctions.

 
I tested the wires and am getting power to the pull side when Generator is cranking, and once running, power to the white hold side.
At this point it is starting and staying running, and then shuts off with the switch.
 
When you start the generator, how long should it run before the lights on the panel above the driver, show that you are running off of the generator?
 
I also see that the fire extinguisher is just in the green area, but not by much. I read that if it is low the Generator won’t stay running. Is that true on a 2005, or just on newer coaches? I do not see any wires running to my extinguisher.
