Thank you for all the replies.  Much appreciated!!  The last three digits of my VIN are 016  built in July of 1982.
My tires are all 12R22.5 and load range H, but the tag just inside the coach door says 11R22.5 at only 85 PSI
152/148M on the Front and 152/149L on the rear with the big lugs.  The clearance to the wheel house is ZERO when airbags are low.

Nice, coach 16 is pretty cool. I guess the Newell historians would have to fill in if that is when they started numbering them by vin? I know I read something about when they started numbering them. 

I would suspect someone put the 12r's on it for better ride maybe or that's what they could get. You never know unless you can talk to the previous owner.
