I am helping a friend sell his 2005 Newell coach - Unit 736 - Located in Plainfield IL

This 2005 Newell Coach is a mid-entry with Quad Slides, Quad Canopies, exceptional craftsmanship, spacious living and refined elegances throughout. From family vacations, backstage concerts and Nascar pit row, this coach has a fun history.
The current owner purchased this coach in October 2016 with 99,000 miles. It is our understanding that he is currently the 3rd owner, the previous owners were a Nascar team driver and then a Nascar team manager. After buying it in October 2016 he used it to take his family on a few vacations around the US. When not in use, she is secured in a climate controlled facility plugged into shore power. During his ownership this coach has never been driven in the winter or on salty roads. They have made the tough decision to sell her because they no longer have time to enjoy her.
All service work and Preventative Maintenance has always been completed by Newell in Miami OK.. It's most recent PM visit was in July 2025 at 147,087 miles (less than 1,000 miles ago). The Newell service department has all service history on this coach with PM's going back from June 2018, June 2021 and then again in July 2025. Newell also has older service records from previous owners.
Full generator power when not plugged into Shore Power, Quad AC units, spacious living room, bedroom and bathroom, full washer/dryer, Air powered door slides, 1 Fridge, 2 Freezers, Dishwasher, Microwave, Stovetop, Kitchen sink with disposal, Aqua Hot water heater, spacious walk in shower, 4 TV's, Direct TV powered auto adjusting Antenna, 4 Awnings and a ton of under bay storage. This coach comfortably sleeps 6 adults.
