Since you have already gone with 48v, have you thought about replacing one of your roof vents with a 48vdc roof ac unit.
That way you run the ac through your batteries without using up your inverter capacity or generating all that inverter heat.
It could be an additional ac to your existing SCS capacity since you seem to imply that your existing ac units are still functional.
