Hey...back again and still looking for a nice Newell. A 2007 front entry with rear lounge is for sale in NC. The owner sent the build sheets and change-outs. "Rear Lounge" and "Murphy" are mentioned in th4 build & change-outs but the pictures definitely don't show that layout.
So, I'm wondering if anyone here has any information on this coach. The owner says that one of the rear slides does not work due to seized roller bearings. He also says that Newell-Miami told him it would only cost $4,000 to repair the slide.
The step cover air solenoid isn't working. The problem here is labor as the co-pilot seat has to come out and other stuff with it.
The coach has a Sub 700 cabinet-style fridge-freezer. What is the capacity of these units? Our Monaco had 23.5 cu ft and it was perfect since we travel three-four months a year.
Guidance from you guys would be welcome.

PS: I know where one of the 16 or so Newmar London Aire's is and for sale under $200k. This group from roughly 2006-2007 was Newmar's attempt to make a Newell.
