1209 was listed on Ebay in 2019. At that time the photos indicate that the 'rear lounge' was actually a bedroom with a murphy bed that was folded into the wall in the photos. With the bed in the stowed position it left most of the bedroom available for whatever use you needed. The only downside of the murphy bed was that it sits lower to the floor with lowered than the regular bed did. I believe most murphy beds that Newell installed during that time period were between 60" and 66" wide and 73"-76" long. A standard full bed is 54"x75" and a standard queen bed is 60"x80". They were not as long as a standard queen bed and sat lower to the floor by 6-10".
The slides on that coach are Valid electric slides. It is possible that the slide(s) have have seized roller bearings but that is not something that I have heard of being a common issue. If they are seized, I suspect the Newell estimate to repair would not be out of line if the slide(s) have to be removed to replace the bearings.
If the Sub-Zero 700 model was the 700TCI it was 15.3 cubic feet, 10.2 refrigerator and 5.1 freezer.
Hope that helps.
