Thank for the advice (as usual guys!) I am going to try to move this thread to the proper sections so maybe it will assist someone else. It ended up being the pressure protection valve - replaced and everything is working WAY better than before. I am going to check the air dryer today hopefully and make sure it is pulling water out of the system…
The symptoms were: front would not raise and were pancaked, Newell thought at first this was an issue but turned out to not be - bags are in good shape. HWH panel would do nothing when tested. Also supply air stayed at 0 on both the dash guage and in the engine compartment guage. Six-packs were energizing when the HWH sent a signal. The rear bags were up to ride height or pretty close but seemed to be stuck (this may have been an outlier).
After the pressure protection valve was replaced we noticed the old one had lots of sediment in it and NO filter screen in it - either it was removed or was not ever there… my question was ‘why did the old valve catch the sediment in the ‘plunger’ portion of it… is there more in the system? I need to check all the tanks this weekend and see what comes out.
