Ohms all read zero on the thermal overload and between all terminals on the compressor so they all have continuity.

I ordered these for both compressors, as well as the dielectric grease Jack suggested.
Seems like there is a post which is part of the tab sticking up on each of the 3 terminals on the compressor. I hope there is enough room for that and the male connector and room to put the lid on the whole thing without bending the wires too bad.
I ordered some regular flag type non insulated connectors which is what is on there just in case.
Now I wait on the UPS man... I hate waiting.
