Richard,  she has a mechanical lift pump running off of the injection pump cam.. She also has fuel although I can’t verify if there are two separate tanks like on the pre 90’s coaches. The banjo referred to is the “out” of the injection pump so if the fuel is coming out at that point , then she has fuel enough in the injection pump that there should be fuel at the injector hard line outlet which there is none reported.  This thing has been sitting for a very long time, maybe years, so it is reasonable the delivery valves may be stuck.  

We talked this out over the phone and used FaceTime to verify locations and procedures.  What I don’t know is if the fuel quantities “coming out of the banjo” are consistent with what I determine to be adequate flows.  Drea is a trooper and is not afraid to try anything, asking good questions is one of her attributes.

The local Yanmar knowledgeable equipment dealers should have a technician that could resolve the non starting condition.  I would try that avenue first.  Dean posted a couple of dealers close by.
