Hopefully Clarke will weigh in here, He has lots of tach experience on the Classic, and recently converted it to a modern tach. I found it difficult to drive without one, 1800 rpm with a 2 stroke sounds very different than 1800 rpm on a gas engine. Enjoy your coach.
