Are you referring to the Engine Bay latches? I'm not aware of your era having electric latches.
The engine bay should have 4 latches that are mechanically released with a handle via cables to each latch.
If, for some reason, you have electric buttons that operate latch/actuators, and you've checked the fuse supply, then the answers will be one of two places:
1) the switch as failed, so run a continuity test between the two posts of the switch
2) the actuator has failed; this is more unlikely because I imagine your coach has more than one latch/actuator, and I'm sure they didn't all fail at the same time.
