Simon, order and stock a replacement spring for the 320. I have had a 320 for years and love their operation.
Over time, the spring will break which returns the foot valve to closed. Even though the return is not working, the 320 is still good, just use your foot to lift the lever closing the toilet. Then replace the spring as you have time.
Unlike other brands, spring replacement can be done without removing the toilet, easy peasy.
