I have the same faucet (kinda) as Tom and Chester.

I found the repair kit at Home Depot.

Danco T24134.  It included the spring and the seat and two 0-rings.  It also included two other o-rings that I did not use.

The top trip cap unscrews as said in previous posts.

One word of hint....

When you take the cartridge out, be sure you remember the orientation.  It took me far too many tries to get it back together properly.  

Time will tell if the Danco parts will last.
