Crack the banjo fitting with the pump running.
Assuming you get enough fuel to make a mess, try again cranking while holding the solenoid.
Hot wired the pump. I am getting steady fuel out of the banjo fitting. I tried getting fuel from the injectors. Not much luck there. Still no start with the pump hot wired. Fuel solenoid seems to be clicking and moving back and forth on its own.
