Hello I am a used RV dealer. I purchased this coach in Florida last month from another dealer. I personally drove it back to Socal 2500 miles with no issues. I plan on using this as my personal coach for the summer then selling it. Just replaced all 8 tires with new Falkens. Also engine and generator oil and filters replaced. All 3 bay mounted a/c condensing units have been replaced. 2 new lcdtvs along with sattv antenna and 4.1 sound bar with a dishhd receiver. Previous comments on this coach have mentioned exterior leaks which have all been addressed. Drive axle seals replaced. Has 6 8D coach batteries and 6 75 watt solar panels. Currently listed for sale on ebay and rvt.com. Please contact me if you are interested.

During the 1992 model year, Newell began the transition to larger generators and residential refrigerators. During the 1993 model year, Newell began the slow transition from propane to all electric. Dean's coach #316, a 1993, was one of the first, if not the first, all electric Newells. #324 had the Aqua Hot, however, #329 and #337 had LP furnaces. This mixture of all electric vs propane continued on through the 1994 model year with #353 and #361 being all electric. I believe #366 had Aqua Hot AND a propane tank to feed the propane refrigerator and cooktop. By the 1996 models, most Newells were all electric BUT NOT ALL. I know #408 had the 68 gallon propane tank with 2 LP furnaces. Although there may have been other 1996 models with propane, by this time most Newells were being constructed as all electric.

Tom I have all the original build specs on this coach. It came with the dual LP furnaces and 120V baseboard heaters. Also the 20 Gallon 120V water heater with engine heat coil. All working properly.

"Dean's coach #316, a 1993, was one of the first, if not the first, all electric Newells."
I found it interesting that my coach 316 had two suburban LP furnaces installed with the gas plumbing to the bay but no LP tank or ductwork. Most entertainer coaches (which mine was) do not to have LP on board when they have to travel to urban venues where highway tunnels are on the route. Apparently the "build order" got changed mid-stream. It now has small electric "box heaters" mounted in the ductwork down-stream from the A/C evaporators. Since I am doing a major remodel I have removed the Suburban furnaces...They look brand new.!
