Anyone knows what year Newell started making their coaches with new emission standards? My understanding is Cat and cummins started in 2005 or 2006 .. Am i even close?

I am NOT an emissions expert but from what I have gleaned, the major emission standard changes took effect in January of 2007 and 2010. I understand that 2007 Newells were using pre-2007 emission engines. The ULSD CAT ACERT engine was first used in coach #1229 (a 2008 model) then on all Newells beginning in coach #1251 (the first 2009 model). Near the end of the 2010 model year, Newell transitioned to the Cummins ISX engine as Cat moved out of the over road market.
