You are correct, you have the only classic Newell built after 1989 so I would think it would use the same bumpers as a 1986-1989 as long as it was from a wide-body (102" width).
Is your bumper missing or bent or the chrome coming off? The reason I ask is that other than trying to find a wrecked classic Newell to salvage the bumper, it might be easier to have your bumper re-plated with chrome. Those were really pretty bumpers.
i remember clarke found a pair that was new and bought them a number of years ago. hopefully he might have some info. i am sure they were not custom made. but dont know for sure

Actually Todd Flickma found a front and rear bumper set on eBay and we spilt the cost. He needed the front and I needed the rear. A former Newell owner had stored them in his barn for years. He bought them from Newell.

Bumped a tree stump with it, chrome didn’t cravk though gonna try to straighten it as best I can until find something.. thanks for input guys, I’ll look into the fire truck bumpers
