Anyone have the Silverleaf RV-C OmniScope Program? I just ordered it from Trillium Electronics to help resolve Silverleaf issues.

I almost pulled the trigger on getting this when I had issues with the heat control module. But I ended up letting Newell handle the programming.
You are going to really be able to see the inner workings of the coach system with this tool. Do you think that this will also give access to the Spyder controls via RV-C? Be sure to let us know how it goes.

I expect Spyder is a completely separate system but I am totally ignorant on Spyder.

I received the OmniScope yesterday & hooked it up a little bit ago. The zone 2 & 3 heat Sleep, Awake, Away and Return setpoint's on the TM200 are all at 38°. I guess that explains why the heat was not running when I wake up regardless of what I had the temperature set for. If I can't figure out how to change it, Trillium will walk me through it.
Exciting! I love new tools

. This one was less than half of a Newell Unit and has already earned its keep.

Jim,
Now the fun begins. Where are you tapping into the network? Did they provide some type of interface cable/adapter?

Rob, there is a square 4 pin connector with 2 wires in the front TV cabinet that plugs into the OmniScope adapter. They say Newell usually places it there. I'll get a photo. There's more to the problem than I referred to, I'll be in it all week which should give me time to figure it out.

I replaced the file in the TM220 heat controller with the original Silverleaf file for this coach. Files for all brands of motorhomes etc. that use Silverleaf are included with OmniScope. The fault code 9-2 that it had went away and it looks like the settings are good. I can't wait until I wake up & see if the heat is on!
Update, woke up this morning & the heat is working correctly and following the schedule.
The new TM200 A/C controller has been a problem since received, that will be the next cloning project.

It's an ongoing project. It took a while for me to realize that TM200 Heat settings are for the Heat Pumps only and not associated with the Aqua Hot heat in any way. The four heat pumps on the roof are not used for heat in this coach, there was some unknown reason Newell didn't do that. AquaHot is the sole heat source. The new TM200 won't let me clone it, working on that. I have been able to manually input the settings using OmniScope so cloning may not be important.
The TM220 is used for AquaHot heat, I have been able to clone it as well as manually inputting changes to the program using OmniScope, basically temperatures and times for the 4 zones. It does sometimes switch to an unknown schedule so I may get new firmware as Trillium has identified a possible programming glitch.

Trillium identified the scheduling problem. The Time settings for Away, Return & Store were 0, so it would switch to one of those at midnight. They had me set the time to 250 for Away, Return & Store and reboot it. Now those times are displayed as N/A. I can manually select those settings but they no longer part of the normal daily schedule. It appears that the heat and A/C problems have been resolved.
The folks at Trillium Electronics (SilverLeaf) have been excellent.
Here is the OmniScope and the plug for it which is normally laying behind the front TV amongst all of that wiring.

I'm glad to see Trillium is providing good service. Since Newell has discontinued using Silverleaf, it's nice to know we've got options as these things age.
