2002 Newell 45 Center entry 3 slide 2 bath For Sale

This coach has been in the bay for a embarrassing amount of time. It was a bank repo that we have been bringing the systems slowly online.
The slide system has been a sticking point for longer then a year. The entire slide system has been removed 2 times and sent to HWH. both times there where faults established in the control boards. Currently rear slides work living room slide does not but this can change as we work thru it. If slides get to a operational point price will reflect .
This coach is not perfect and will require someone with expertise. The interior is rough with a couple of areas of water intrusion and upholstery has excessive wear from a misbehaved feline or 2
Mechanically sound 180k miles on the series 60 Detroit pre def. Runs and drives down the road as it should.
Tires are 2007 Michelins. Stored inside a long distance run should be had with new tires.
Exterior is clean. No dents . stored indoors. she's a looker on the outside of the coach. Paint looks very good.
What has been
Passenger slide entirely rebuilt with new floor and new micro switches installed. walls of slide rebuilt as well.
New 120v Compressor installed
New Slide topper awnings installed
air bulb seals repaired
new Inverter with lithium ion capable
new slide components
Needs list
Interior could use a refresh is worn with pictures on there way
slides all function if run directly from solenoids however getting everything on line with the slides will need work
appliances and plumbing are unknown condition
generator is unknown condition
no service records are available.
