Bought a 1997 Newell last month love it however we to dump waste tank hit electric dump switch in waste dump compartment heard valve open and nothing comes out. What am I missing? Also the only other time I emptied it it did not empty completely Thanks

Sounds like you may have blockage, or the valve is not really coming open.....how long was the coach sitting before you purchased it? I wonder if the tanks had been properly dumped before it sat for sale.

This is what the air valves look like. The rubber seal may have come out of the valve gate and is blocking the drain hole.

The valve is working I can remove hose and watch it go up and down

Okay if the valve is working properly, then there must be something blocking the outlet.
