Yachts,
I have a bath & 1/2 and it works perfect for us, but I have learned "different strokes for different folks. Some people love the big walk in closet.

I have had both. Thought I could not do without a rear closet, but the bath & 1/2 is fantastic and serve as a rear closest for drying clothes. The washer & dryer being in the rear bath is also a nother plus. For the same money or deal differently take the rear bath. I guess age might have something to do with wanting the two commode but sure works for old people like me.

I agree Ron.. Since you,Got my old coach and my 507 I just got rid of, both had rear closet.. I wouldn't have one after having rear bath. This is gonna sound funny but in addition to the extra bath and I agree about washer and dryer. But I'm 6'2 and using the toilet in the rear closet coach didn't leave me much room.. In the rear bath I have plenty of room.. Lol
