Wow, looks really nice.
Have you changed out the carpet in a Newell with the drop floor slide to wood? Wondering how the transition would look.

Forest, I have not done a Newell, yet, but I have installed wood on slides in a ton of other coaches with slides- either "flat" floor, raised, I can do it. I have to add a piece of plywood to extend the slide to cover the ramp gap and use stair nose trim to finish it out.

slide floor-you can see that it rests on the main floor
this material is Brazillian Pecan and has a real busy grain.

What did you use for the risers on the steps? Is that a polished metal of some kind?

there is a metal supermarket in Ft Worth that has various gauges of stainless steel and they cut them to my measurements

I had a metal company here in Sioux Falls cut some entry trim pieces. It turned out nice. I will take some pics before it goes in the cave for the winter and post them.
