Yesterday an auctioneer friend came over to evaluate our stuff, and said we have plenty for an auction, so we set the date - 5 April. Today a real estate agent came over to look over the house. He'll give us numbers early next week. Then we'll decide whether to include the real estate in the auction or not. If we do we'll be full-timers by the end of May!

Now comes the tough part. Getting rid of all of the memories. But we haven't regretted it at all.

Memory is already going - what there is left of it.

We're going to keep very little that won't go with us. Family heirlooms will be "given" to the kids. If/when we ever settle down somewhere we may ask for some of those things back. If not, those things will have been passed on that much earlier. We may need to rent a storage unit for a time until our son gets the larger house they want, but the stuff that goes there will be minimal.

Congratulations on your upcoming fulltiming adventure. I know this is something you have been looking forward to for some time. Maybe you can join us & start your adventure at our next Guru rally in June down by Branson.
