Since I don't own an Outback Inverter, I was somewhat surprised to read in the new issue of Newell News that they have air filters on them that require annual maintenance. Just a heads up for owners of Newells using Outback Inverters.

The filters are probably a good thing.. when I had my 458 inverters opened up they were full of spider webs, fuzz and dust...
