I was wondering about that myself. I guess it is possible that it is a transmission retarder although that is larger and the others I have seen.

The ad says equipped with 15k towing package, so I speculate something to do with trailer brakes. Pure speculation

Does look like a trailer valve - but not seeing any air connections on the back of the coach.

It's a light, albeit in a rather odd location. Many Prevosts use that style of light in various locations.
