Tom, took a look at the plug and the neutral wire looked to be a little loose and also the casing for the plug is cracked. I tightened the neutral and all others and plugged back in and got the power readings L-1 120 , 0 A

I downloaded the progressive industries manual and said that E-0 means it is operating normally... I still do not have power to the coach.
If I am getting these readings do I still need to take off the black box and measure voltage to the EMS? or should I go to the transfer box?
Michael, both contactors are in the up position so I tried to hold one down and I still had no power...
What next guys...I am at the internet place so magic jack will work?
