With that solenoid leaking your 120 volt compressor is probably not able to keep up with the air consumption and may be shutting off from running hot. So if you have a slow leak, which many coaches have especially on cold mornings, then the suspension could drop.
Not sure what that solenoid controls but like others said it is not for the leveling system. If it is not something that is critical for day to day operation, then you could bypass the solenoid by plugging it off until you can replace the solenoid. Any hardware store could fix you up something to plug the tubing. Looks like 1/4" tubing? Just don't leave it bypassed.
