Sliding Cabinet Door Catches
#1

These guys are on two of my slide out cabinets. I have tried to adjust them to no avail thus far so I think I may need to get them replaced. Would anyone have suggestions where to look for these or some sort of replacement suggestions? when you pull on the handle they are supposed to retract down and unlock...but they pretty much stay unlocked now and swing widely out when turning corners...it's very exciting.

wow, those are likely going to be tough to find. for cabinet parts, newell parts has been the best for me. i tried sourcing some pieces locally but ended up getting the wrong ones. if they dont have them, then take one of them off and see if there is a manufacturer or part number on them and search online. i did a quick look online and saw nothing that was even close.

you might have better luck finding something else to put in its place.

you might also try some rv salvage places.

Todd, unfortunately I don't have any of those on my '82, so I have no idea where to get them. Tom's suggestions sound good to me.

Thank you. Ironically I saw that same thing last night as well. Think I will order a couple and see.
