During the 1992 model year, Newell began the transition to larger generators and residential refrigerators. During the 1993 model year, Newell began the slow transition from propane to all electric. Dean's coach #316, a 1993, was one of the first, if not the first, all electric Newells. #324 had the Aqua Hot, however, #329 and #337 had LP furnaces. This mixture of all electric vs propane continued on through the 1994 model year with #353 and #361 being all electric. I believe #366 had Aqua Hot AND a propane tank to feed the propane refrigerator and cooktop. By the 1996 models, most Newells were all electric BUT NOT ALL. I know #408 had the 68 gallon propane tank with 2 LP furnaces. Although there may have been other 1996 models with propane, by this time most Newells were being constructed as all electric.
