(soon to be) new Newell owner
#1

Hello!

I'm Matthew, I've made an agreement in principal to purchase an '86 40' Newell.  Just pending a few issues being taken care of at a repair facility to agree on terms for the price.

I do IT work (I keep all the servers running for an environmental consulting company) and have been afforded the opportunity to work 100% remotely, doing visits at our companies offices throughout the country.  My wife and 2 teens (who are homeschooled) will be joining on the adventure.

I just wanted to say hello, I'm sure I'll be posting quite a bit in the future.  Hopefully the transaction is completed within the week!

Welcome Matthew! Always great to have another Classic owner on the site. No doubt you will have questions as you familiarize yourself with your new coach......as away! Looking forward to seeing pictures of your '86!

Welcome Matthew, you've found the very best forum. I also work in IT remotely, have since 2006, and have a 86 Newell. You'll find that we have some true Newell gurus on this site that are brilliant problem solvers, unfortunately I'm not in that category, but certainly willing to try and help with any issues you run into.
