Don't know the mileage but it looks nice in the photos. About 1/2 what they were asking 13 months ago. large slides. Only downside for some is the lack of a 1/2 bath.

This coach also has the Murphy bed. Others may feel differently, but Newells with only one bath AND a Murphy bed seem to be the slowest to move. I think it's the simple fact that each feature shrinks the buyer pool to some degree. When you have both features, the group of buyers for which the coach is a fit is relatively small.

I was wondering about the wood/laminate on 1448. I remember hearing Brian Pitts talking about people ordering certain exotic woods. The simpler high pressure laminates are a pattern bonded to a wood base, I believe.

This looks like a "real" woodgrain to me. Or does this appear like a Wilsonart type laminate to anybody?

I was in it last week.Pretty coach.Looked like laminate to me but I did not look at very hard. The bed is heavy to pick up if you are weak so I had difficulty.
