New to the group, never owned a coach but one is needed to fulfill our quest to travel the country to see it before we can't. We prefer the mid entry E/W king bed configuration. Have researched and talked to Newell several times and have a grip on coaches selling thru RVT and the 2 main resellers in AZ and MI, both places have been very cordial. We get the feeling a sub culture group may have a finger on coaches for sale that are not being consigned. Any assistance would be appreciated. Rob
PS. Any suggestions on a coach to avoid is also welcome. We know of a couple already.

Thanks for the info. We knew of several, since Newell only made around 95 between the two years, patience is at hand. Newell wholesales coaches over 10 years old so the sites you suggest are ones to watch. Thanks.

Newell made 36 coaches in 2005 (#717-752) and 34 coaches in 2006 (#753-786). The first 5 2005's (through #721) were model 2000's, the remaining 31 2005's and the first 23 2006 models were model 2000i's and the last 11 of the 2006 models were P2000i's (starting with #776).
Of those at least 5 of the 2005's had the center island (N-S) bed.

Thanks, I guess my source was off. I know 2 of the ones with NS bed, one is listed in Texas, sold last year at Premium Coach Group for less than $250K, sat for months before it sold. My understanding is the bath is land locked with slides in. Hoping someone wants to sell privately.

Most of of the NS bed models have the shower and lavatory in the rear which is land locked with the slides in and an easily accessible mid 1/2 bath with the toilet and a lavatory with a door into the hallway and a door into the bedroom.

The 1/2 bath. Mid coach would work but the couple we saw did not have the 1/2 bath.

Contact Jason Haskins at Motorhomes Of Texas and discuss with him what you are looking to purchase. Jason can review with you what he currently has in inventory and incoming consignment units.
