Where are you installing the relay? And where are you getting your signal?
The reason I ask is, if you are installing in the AH bay and getting your signal from the terminal strip on the AH, Rudy is spot on.
If you are taking the signal directly from the TSAT, then it will provide a positive trigger.
I could not tell from your diagram.
